Jason brings over two decades of experience at the highest levels of hospitality and the private sector, where service, discretion, and attention to detail were paramount. Building on this foundation, he went on to create a successful property management and lifestyle company in London, which he later sold before relocating to Spain.

Recognising a gap in the market—particularly the lack of clarity and personalised service within the local property landscape—Jason founded The Estates, a real estate and buyers’ agency focused on doing things differently. His approach is rooted in trust, deep understanding, and long-term relationship building, offering clients a more tailored and transparent way to buy and invest in property on the Costa Blanca.
